                    What is the best weight loss diet today? That is a very good question. And I guess many diet programs claim that their diet is the best for weight loss. Here is a list of self-proclaimed wonder diets. Please note that we, at NewLivingGuide, do not recommend any of these diets. In our opinion, losing weight is simple but requires a lot of self discipline and exercise. But more about this later. Here is the list of weight loss diets: Weight Watchers Diet, DASH Diet, Jenny Craig Diet, Vegetarian Diet, Mediterranean Diet,  TLC Diet, Mayo Clinic Diet, Volumetrics Diet, Ornish diet, Slim-Fast Diet, Nutrisystem Diet, Vegan Diet, Atkins Diet, Zone Diet, Glycemic-index diet, Medifast Diet, Raw Food Diet, Low Carb Diet, and Paleo.

                    So what is the best diet? The best diet is very simple and does not have a name! Four things are very important. Number one is protein meals. It is important that you get the right amount of protein throughout the day. Protein will help you feel fuller, and in addition it will speed up your metabolism. You can get protein from turkey, steaks, chicken, beans, nuts and you can also mix yourself a protein drink if you are busy. Keep your chocolate intake at a minimum and eat more fruits for snacks. Remember to drink lots of water as well. Number two is that you have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Some of the best exercises are running, biking and Zumba dance. Number three is that you have to train yourself in self-discipline. A great way to do this is to find someone to lose weight with, and so you have someone who has the same goal in mind. Eventually, join a fitness club and get a private coach or join the different exercise classes where you can find people with common goals. After a while you will find yourself getting addicted to exercising and eating healthy. It’s difficult to do by yourself so find someone so that you can push each other in the right direction. Number four is that you need to eat some kind of super food or health supplement on a daily basis. Superfood can be something like Spirulina or other powerful healing food.
