First and foremost you need to get moving. You have to exercise at least 30 minutes a day to see any results. You can also eat almonds or blueberries, apples, bananas, coconut and coconut water, a small protein bar with low carps.

And lastly you have to drink water. Water will cleanse your system and make you full. Water will energize you! Try water with lemon. It will energize your body and cleanse it at the same time. Water is so important. So instead of unhealthy diet drinks, grab a bottle of ice cold lemon water.
